Mutha$%#@ pho Hong Long,,,, the best pho in OC and that broth is enchanted like a g0d d@mn magical Disney movie I tell ya. I used to think I know pho, till I sipped on this broth and my eyes rolled back like I was possessed like that grl in the exorcist movie... all I gotta say is, don't try this place unless you are ready, cuz once you pop... there's no going back to your regular pho joint. The broth is rich and boiled for hours, soup simmering with auth viet flavor and it's so hot that even cold bean spouts don't stand a chance cooling it, that's what I'm talking about son, "I gotta have my Pho!". Warning- just becarful if you ready to cross the line, ain't no coming back I tell ya.... mucho delicion my friend!

I dont really understand people complaining about this restaurant. This is hands down my favorite pho spot in OC. I have been coming here on a weekly basis for the past couple of years. Excellent flavorful broth. Good quality (&generous) amount of meat. Very very kind owner. Waiter is not rude: he is just doing his job and is busy. He has never gotten my order wrong ! Pro tip: order their egg rolls, they're delicious !

We wanted Pho on Saturday, didn't want to go out, so GrubHub it was. We chose Pho Hong Long and couldn't be happier! The 2 pho dishes were out of this world, well they at least brought back memories from our Vietnam trip... So delicious and fresh. We also ordered beef rib bones, and while tracking our GH order, we received a phone call that "mom forgot to send the beef rib bones" with the driver. They didn't offer a refund or a credit! No, their first solution was to get our address so they could personally deliver the missing item! We returned a bottle of wine for mom! Other businesses take note that this is the way to operate!

For Small Business Saturday, I decided to eat at Pho Hong Long for dinner. It wasn't too busy, so I was immediately seated and could sit at any available table. The ambiance has yellow lighting, which suits well as the sun sets after 5pm (during fall). I am also fond of the adequate spacing between each table. I ordered a small #3 pho with rare steak and brisket combo. You also have a choice of either thick or thin rice noodles. I asked the staff about the difference between their small and large bowls: small bowls use a white bowl while the larger bowls have red markings on the side. My order came within 5 minutes. The bean sprouts and mint leaves are also served on separate plates. The broth was very flavorful and the small bowl had generous portions. The noodles and vegetables were fresh, while the rare beef and brisket slices were so tender and not dry. Maybe next time if I have a bigger appetite, I will order this same pho on a large bowl.

This is my to go Pho place when I just want to have a 'perfect bowl' of pho for breakfast, lunch, or late night dinner. My to go order is number 7 with fresh noodles and a side order of Xtra steak and meatball. For drink, I always order the salted plum soda. Food 5/5: The pho broth is perfectly seasoned so well balanced, in my opinion. I love the option of the fresh noodle. The sprouts are purposely boiled so that my raw steak will be perfectly cooked in the broth. Definitely Xtra point for that. The steak itself is thinly slice, and it just melts in your mouth. You know its a traditional pho when there is fish sauce as a side condiments and I appreciate their chili paste as well along with the Sriracha sauce and hoison sauce. They are plenty of Parking space available. Service : The service is fast the server takes order right away as soon as I sat down. Personally i love it for other might feel like they are rushing you. Sometimes, it's hard to communicate when you are not vietnamese yourself. Overall I recommend this generations pho place if you are a beef pholover. I'll be there every week!

4 1/2 stars so I'm rounding up. Amazing local spot run by a Vietnamese family for over 10 years. A much bigger place than you would expect. Dad waited on us, the daughter checked us out when we paid and Mom was making sure things were running smooth in the kitchen. This is what America is all about. I ordered the rare steak and brisket and got the rare steak on the side as you can see from my picture. I also ordered the beef bone as a side. This may be the best deal in the history of Pho!!! Three massive beef bones in a bowl for six dollars. What a deal! The noodles were on point, the broth was solid and the meats were super quality. We'll be back for sure. PS i loved how they brought the bean sprouts steamed. Cold bean sprouts in your hot soup cool down the broth and are a hard pass. PSS interesting review by some psycho down below TT. Great response by the owners daughter. Clown.

THE BEST PHO IN OC See my review from Pho Kim Quy for more info since I'm too lazy to write but seriously this place has the best pho in OC. Best broth, best noodles, best meat, best veggies. Everything is fresh. No long wait. Food comes out fast. Plenty of parking. Once you go here you will come back every week for more! This is the same as Pho Kimmy in Westminster which moved to Pho Kim Quy in Fountain Valley, then they opened another location called Pho Hong Long in Westminster but it is shut down now, so Pho Kim Quy is now Pho Hong Long. Just try and thank me later haha
